Pro and Team each start with a 7-day trial. Lite has no trial: it is billed monthly from the day you choose it.

Pro and Team include a generous monthly AI allowance for each seat, and trials a smaller one. It resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Once a seat has used its allowance, its answers run in Standard until the reset; at 150% of the allowance, research pauses until the reset, and Hallucination Shield checks keep working. Each person can run up to 5 Deep answers a day. Each firm can run up to 300 research questions and 300 Hallucination Shield checks a day. Lite has a smaller monthly AI allowance alongside its question limits. If an account’s use is unusually heavy, we contact you before applying any other limit. See section 2 of our Terms of Service.

No. CaseRead trains no models on your files, and our AI providers' commercial terms exclude it.

Every firm gets a separate database schema with row-level security, so one firm's files can't reach another's. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, and hosted in the United States. Two-factor sign-in is available, and a firm admin can require it.
